How is my project priced?
Your quote is based on the service, area, specification, materials, access and finishing required. Simple installations can be assessed per m²; custom bulkheads, cornices and feature work may need a different measurement or a site visit.
Can I enquire without exact measurements?
Yes. Share approximate dimensions and photos if you have them. We can clarify what needs measuring and whether a site assessment is needed.
Are lighting and electrical work included?
Ceiling features can include recesses and preparation for cove lighting. Light fittings, wiring and electrical connections must be expressly included in your quote and assigned to an appropriately qualified electrical contractor.
What happens if the scope changes?
Any requested additions or changes should be discussed, priced and agreed in writing before they proceed. This keeps the work, cost and timeline clear.
